ismu was set up in 2004 by Emilie van Rappard. She built up a great deal of experience in executive and management functions at KLM, working in marketing, communication and strategy. In her last job as Director Customer Communications, Emilie was responsible for the company’s worldwide commercial communication and headed an international team of professionals. It’s the activities of this function, in particular focusing on personal effectiveness of communication staff on one hand and efficient use of resources on the other, that serve as leading principles for the set up of ismu.
Emilie van Rappard is also the founder of social marketing agency Opinionators.
